Charles Babbage

Charles Babbage had many accomplishments in his life. Although many of his inventions were left unfinished, his blueprints were so accurate that when built hundreds of years later, they worked. What are these blueprints, you may ask. These were the first blueprints for any version of the computer. Although Babbage never was able to build them, he was still very respected, even in the 1800's, for his achievements. Not only did he make the first computer blueprints, he also helped to create the first functional calculators. And all of this was way back in the 1800's! If he were alive today, he may have created so much more.
